    Insurance & Cashless

    How cashless hospitalisation works

Planned admissions get the smoothest experience. Bring your policy ID and a government photo ID — we will handle the rest.

    1. 01

      Share your policy details

Email or carry a copy of your insurance card / policy schedule. We confirm empanelment for your specific insurer in minutes.

    2. 02

      Pre-authorisation submission

Our team submits the pre-auth request with the treating doctor's clinical notes and itemised cost estimate to your insurer / TPA.

    3. 03

      Approval received

Most planned cases receive initial approval within 1–6 hours. Emergency cases are handled in parallel with treatment.
